The approved sample and confirmed specifications become the reference for bulk production.
Custom sampling normally takes 5–10 business days after the design details, materials, and sample payment are confirmed. Bulk production normally takes 4–6 weeks after final sample approval and order confirmation.
Additional revisions, complex construction, material availability, and order quantity can affect these estimates. Shipping time is separate. Provide your required arrival date and destination during quotation so we can assess the complete schedule.
We check production against the approved sample and specifications, including materials, colors, dimensions, embroidery, stitching, filling, accessory attachments, labels, and packaging. Checks take place during manufacturing and before shipment.
Yes, you may appoint an independent inspection company. Provide your inspection checklist, acceptance criteria, and booking schedule before production so we can coordinate the inspection with order completion and shipment.

Provide the destination country, intended age group, product specifications, and any retailer-specific testing requirements during quotation. The testing scope and charges are confirmed for the project.
Testing must cover the relevant product and materials. A report for a different design should not be assumed to cover your order.
We retain approved samples, patterns, artwork, specifications, and relevant production records. Before each repeat order, we reconfirm the fabric, colors, construction, embroidery, accessories, labels, and packaging against the approved requirements.
Fabric dye lots and component availability can change between orders. We notify you of necessary substitutions or specification changes and obtain your approval before production.
Yes. Options include woven brand labels, care labels, hangtags, barcode stickers, individual bags, backing cards, gift boxes, display boxes, and export cartons.
